Five minute fixes: ELT Pics

This post aims to promote the marvelous ELT pics resource, a collection of copyright free pictures that English teachers can use as they wish.

Well, I’m back with you after a hectic New Year’s weekend and here’s a quick post to promote the wonderful ELT pics resource. This is a great Twitter collaborative effort created by @VictoriaB52 with the aim of making a huge collection of royalty free photos for us teachers to use as we wish. Not only am I promoting this, I’ve also contributed quite a few pictures myself (check out my ‘students’ album). This is shaping up to be a great resource, so please feel free to take a look; there are even a few contributions from the illustrious Scott Thornbury.

So, if you’re looking for a quick fix when you need a photo and you feel like not breaking copyright laws, you now know where to look.

Here are a few of my contributions…

  1. Hi,
I have also recently started taking pictures of my students to use on my blog. While searching on the net I came across this share. This is a great share. I’ll definitely use some of these pics and mention you :)
